I grew up in the little town of Thallon in South West QLD. I went to primary school there before heading off to boarding school in Toowoomba for high school. I’m a Remedial Massage Therapist and Natural Therapies practitioner, with clinics in Westmar, Thallon and St George QLD. I’m passionate about health and wellbeing, learning how to support our own bodies to live a fulfilled life with intention and purpose.
My husband, father in-law and myself, founded and run a Regenerative manufacturing business (Auscrimper), building machinery and implements that aid these regen farming principles. My husband and I recently began our own regenerative farming journey at Thallon.
To be honest I wasn’t really considering a job when I stumbled across the Mobble job advert, but I read it (the company and the role sounded amazing and fit in nicely with other aspects of life currently), and I had to apply - I was so excited to submit a resume - and even more excited when I was offered the job!!
I'm looking forward to connecting with farmers and being a voice for them within Mobble. As well as sharing Mobble with farmers to help them make their lives easier!
My parents are wheat and sheep farmers in South West QLD (where I grew up). I firmly believe (my father may beg to differ) that I have done my fair share of stick picking in this lifetime (family bonding time he would call it). I’m currently living on my husbands family beef cattle property on the Darling Downs in QLD where we manufacture regenerative farm machinery and livestock equipment on farm.
On top of our small cropping block!
Outside of work, I love being on the land and being with nature, fishing, being with animals, farming, gardening, playing tennis, growing our own food and cooking.
